Today, Ms. Jones utilizes Motivation Interviewing (MI) along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and solution Focused therapy and accountability to form an eclectic style suited to each individual client.  After years of clinical experience she has come to value the innate potential each client has to gain insight and make the commitment to change their life when they are both ready and willing.  She uses humor and accountability to provide a genuine platform for clients to reveal themselves without fear of judgments. She works with multiple issues ranging from mild 3-6 sessions from some juveniles and adults to more intensive therapy skills working with complicated grief, caregiver issues, mood management, sexual issues, and wellness issues impacting health through wellness counseling and coaching and therapeutic yoga private consultations.

I have the pleasure to help others on their educational journey through graduate practicum, internship, and supervising fully licensed staff within the practice.  We have a great team of individuals who will treat you with respect and maintain your confidentiality.

In 2005, I opened a private practice and today we offer two office locations and have a combined staff to address most issues.  For those issues we do not feel we specialize in we refer out to appropriate mental health referrals.  We look forward to assisting you on your journey to a healthier more balance lifestyle!
